@ibarra23 Well I'm glad you told me it was a dog, because I never would have guessed that
I would suggest you start with some simple shapes, circles are a good choice as you'll see immediately if they are connecting (start to end) or not, and then you can repeat the same job again and see if it matches or is shifting.
These tests will tell you if it's a backlash (belt) issue, motors losing steps (current or friction) issue or something else.
I don't know what parameters you can change in EleksCAM but if you slow the machine down (feed rate) does it improve? Steppers have higher torque at slower speeds so if it's current or friction it may look correct or at least closer if this is the case.
@christhorp Benbox is very old and has been unsupported for years, there is no new firmware so it only works with the custom Grbl 0.8 version. T2Laser comes with Grbl 1.1 which works correctly with your Mana board.
@icejoker You may have installed LaserAxe or other controller firmware.
This is the default firmware for Eleks systems:
If you were in the Custom firmware menu then you need to be careful and only load what is compatible with your machine, in this case I think you may have corrupted the Nano. As I said that can be fixed but you will probably need to use Arduino IDE to reload the boot loader. You could try the Clear EEPROM option and then load the default, it may work depending what firmware you have installed.
