My clock has done the same thing. Started out by always running really fast, the one of the digits the color started changing/going out. Now the last 3 digits do not even work. They are dead. Pretty said, for the price we paid for these that they have died so fast...
Curious to see the upgrade options. Had emailed again the other week (with no response yet) to follow up as I hadn't seen or heard anything since you said you were sending a replacement in early December.
If the upgrades are cheap and time accurate I might be interested in them.
Thanks for your input. I did that and hooked the clock back up to the computer and when I hit the "start" button the clock synced to the computer clock and everything was fine. from now on I will make it a habit of doing this once a month just to keep the time close to "real time" I also thought I would change the color scheme to match the season, i.e.: reds and greens for christmastime.
Hello watch fans
I have now installed the software directly on the desktop.
It works fine now.
I had to find out that the clock works exactly with the software on the PC.
As soon as the clock is connected to the external power supply, it runs too fast !!
Per day, the clock runs about 16 seconds too fast.
Is there in software update?
I will test the clock for a long time on the external power supply.
