The board I had with the faulty capacitor had a red power led I wonder if they are coming from a different source and inferior capacitors, the two other boards I have both have blue led's and are fine. I could not find a replacement solid state capacitor so as you can see from the picture the replacement is about 4mm taller just about fits in the Eleksegg but would not fit in the laser without leaving the Perspex cover off.
the laser module worked maybe 20 hours in 4 months, maybe less...
How could I use the laser with more than 12v, if the psu you sell gives 12v?
Anyway the seller (Aerospace CNC) doesn't answer, so I have a useless laser after only 4/5 months from buying it...
I think I have the mama so,
so I tried to unplug the cutter, shut shown the program, put the 2 buttons on the off position and try to run it again, but now it won't turn on the burning laser and stays in low power unless I plug the laser to the 12v power supply
overall, it looks like the computer can't control the on or off of the laser
no matter what I do I can't control the laser power from the computer
I can't get pulse "dots" to work
Su laseril on kaks nuppu.
Ehhee. As I told - it is a challenge. My Note 5, that usually not let me down so far, fails, if there is a need to capture a laser dot. I must prepare my mirror camera, because I don't want give up. But anyway - my laser dot is exactly as yours. So I don't want capture that dot to post it there, but just for willfulness.
