Try swapping the driver between X/Y and see if the problem follows, then you know for sure the driver is bad. They are very cheap to replace or you can try to get replacement Mana SE board from the seller.

Install Eleksmaker Cam software on your computer.
Right click elekscam icon on deskstop, select PROPERTIES, select COMPATIBILITY, check the box Run this program as an administrator, click APPLY, click OK.
Plug the USB into the NANO.
Plug USB into your computer.
In elekscam click SETTING section
Install the DRIVER.
In elekscam select COTROL
In COTROL select a PORT -DO NOT CLICK THE REFRESH SYMBOL, DO NOT CLICK THE REFRESH SYMBOL.
In elekscam selct SETTING
In SETTING click RST ROM - let the software run.
After software installs CLOSE elekscam.
In CONTROL, look for PORT, select the appropriate COM port.
PLUG IN THE POWER TO YOUR LASER.
Thank you for your answer. Had already thought that one does not get any help here. I have pre-cut with the A3Pro measure exactly things and the possible to 3 tenths of a millimeter precisely. Unfortunately, I get Laserweb 4 not to run because I have no problems with the size. So I have only EleksCam which is not really mature and has some errors. I hope the next update svg are usable above all things that you can adjust the size exactly if the program is too stupid to take the size correctly.
I want to mark any preview area as a visual target for series of variously shaped materials. Why can't i simply have the preview not lifting my servo up. To make up for this, i added a switch to my servo cables, so i can cut the juice on it so preview doesn't lift the servo, it's working like a charm. Put laser on, cut juice, press preview and you got your drawing area frame traced. Bam. I just wish the software would let me do that.
