A3 printing crooked or not lining up when repeating the task
A3 printing crooked or not lining up when repeating the task. The usb cord is a little crooked that connects into the printer. Could this be causing the problems or does anyone else have this problem?
It is not the usb cord.

Some steps to take,
ensure you machine is square.
ensure equal belt tension on both Y stepper motors
@mrmister everything is as if it should be. It was working properly then last week when I was making a graduation gift it turned out all messed up and when trying to go over text or pics 2 or more times they don't line up. Only bought this in March. These are the "squares" and "circles" you requested.
What software are you using?
What is the feed rate you use?
With the POWER OFF does the gantry slide easily along the Y axis?
With the POWER OFF does the laser assembly slide easily along the X axis?
Something happened to your y axis. Check your set screws for the pulley gears on the stepper motors. Check the belt tension and belt fasteners. Check that the gantry moves freely when off. Check the wires to see if there is a break. Then if all else fails check the voltage of the stepper motor pots. They may need to to be turned up.
Can the current be checked with a basic voltmeter?
Where should the probes be placed when checking the current?
I would start at 0.3 VDC (X) and 0.6 VDC (2Y) for the motor drivers.
