    Can someone help me please....

  • Before we go too much further, please check your grbl settings again. For $100-102, you have 80,000. Do you mean 80?
It looks like some decimals were deleted when you copied the settings

Also, it looks to me like you have some serious backlash issues. Check your belts, you want them taught but not tight. you want to be able to push on them at the stepper motors and get about 1/4" (5-6mm) deflection in the belt.

  • @ThothLoki thank you for the help. For $100 and 102 i have 80.
I checked my belts, but i don't think it's that the problem. The laser turns on and off when it suppost to do a straight line. For ex. for the radius line, in this jpg, instead to do a straight line like this _______ the laser, in the middle, goes off and it moves over, so the result is somenting like this ___ ___
In this photo, you will see it much better. I tried to print the text "L'uovo"

@Anthony-Tata It looks like classic backlash to me.

  • @Anthony-Tata I agree with @Zax. If your belts are fine, you should check your stepper driver current.

@Zax , do you remember where that thread is on where/what/why and how to set the drivers? I have it printed out but cannot for the life of me find that thread.

Laserweb have to do with eleksmaker. You should ask laserweb forum about edit of config.h

Problems with your machine look like mechanical problem.
