Thank you so much @Zax!
I'm using a trail camera to take some fotage of the family...after i edit the video i'll post the link!

RE: Small plywood bat
Yes, going fast and adding a blower to the laser head, made the edge more clear and the kerf of the cut extremely small.
I mesured it with a micrometer and the difference between the perimeter of a small square of 10mmx10mm and the small square cut out is just 100 micron...very impressive
Small detail for a hedgehog feeding station
i used the laser to add some detail on a hedgehog feeding station i made.
I cut with the laser a small hedgehog shape to put it on the top of the entrance and the logo of the woodworking shop to be put on the side.
The hedgehogs where really happy of this feeding station, two adult and three juvenille eat evry night into it.
The sign of the workshop is made of hazel and the hedgehog shapes is made of alder
The feeding station
The logo of the workshop
Small plywood bat
For a bats workshop, I cut some plywood (4mm) shapes to decorate some batboxes.
All the bats made were decorated by the children with natural linseed oil and vegetable color paint
Setup of the eleksmaker A3 2.5 watt:
feed rate: 480mm/sec
N° of pass: 30
I found more easy to cut with a rapid feed rate than going slow like 100 or 120mm/sec
Setting of Sketch (hatch) mode
There is a way to control the orientation and the filling in the sketch (hatch) mode?!
I read the pdf of t2 and it show some left to righ , right to left diagonal filling and other parameters but i cant find it in the program.
thanks in advance for the answer
RE: Laser a03-3500 con ttl
@deky A quale vite ti riferisci?!
Se intendi sulla scheda dove si collegano tutti i cavi dei motori e del laser, servono per regolare la forza dei motori. Come ti ha scritto @Nottingham82 metti una foto della vite così riusciamo ad aiutarti!
RE: Assembly problem: Rail carrying laser too tight for motor to move laser assembly
You can adjust the tension of the the pulleys on the track varying the placing of the screw using the slotted part of the frame.
If that not work you can try to adjust the torque of the motor using the screw on the motor driver.
In the schematic picture of the controller board the motor driver are those in red.
You need to turn the screw clockwise of the right driver (usign this scheme as a reference)
RE: Trace frame feed rate
Tank you! that explain evrything.
i had thinked tath the software might use the same feed rate i set for the cut but i asked to be more secure of this.
Adding a trace frame feed rate parameter in the laser control interface can be a nice and useful idea
Trace frame feed rate
I'm having some minor trouble with the trace frame feed rate.
On the first 4/5 time it was very fast, but now, it goes extremly slow taking 30 second or more to trace the perimeter of the engraving/cutting surface.
There is a way to speed up the feed rate of the preview?!
I have no problem with the motor because after the preview when i send the G-code the machine/program works well!
Laser air assit powered by EleksMana SE
I have found on thingiverse a nice air assit powered by a radial fan, to mount on my laser to improve the cutting performance.
I saw on the wiki that EleksMana Se have a Motor port.
So my question is, can i plug the 12v motor directly on this port to make it start when i power on the machine?!
And nother one, what the Servo port is used for?!
RE: Laser Enclosure
Where do you operate with your laser and how do you take care of the smoke?
I'm operating the laser in my little shop on the top of a tool drawer.
After the first run, the room was full of smoke so i decided to make an enclosure.
I started by making a frame of 2x2cm timber 5cm larger of the laser.
After that i covered all the frame with some MDF, leaving the front side open.
For the front i made a removable piece with an acrylic pannel in the middle to look inside.
For the base i used another piece of MDF covered with an alluminium plate so the laser whon't cut trought it.
For collecting the smoke i have put a pc fan inside the box attached to a tube tath goes into a piece of mdf press fitted in the open window so the smoke will be blown away.
Here there are some picture
