At this point, the only way to set it is to hook it up to a computer and use the software. It's always seemed to sync to my system clock correctly when I hook it up this way, but it might help to make some adjustment (color, mode, etc.), then click on the "Save" button. This should probably be done regularly since the clock has a tendency to run fast (at least, it does in the US), gaining several minutes a week.

Red LED at D8 on Main Board
Recently, my clock seems to have decided to pack it in. It's been running well (if somewhat fast) for the last few months. Then, a few days ago, I noticed that the display had frozen. I power-cycled it and the display just came up with a "1" in the left most place (it's a 6-"tube" version), then the display shut off.
I hooked it up to my system and ran the software. It seemed to allow me to set the time and everything seemed to be running just fine--for about 12 hours. Then it froze up again.
At this point, all it will do is display the "1" and go dark. The desktop software seems to function normally when the display is connected to it, but the display doesn't light. When the unit has power, though, there is a red LED located at D8 on the main board that turns on.
Does anyone have any idea what that LED indicates? I've been looking around, but documentation is... elusive.

I'm very sorry about that. This is our loss of duty
Sooo.... What's the resolution for this? Are you sending replacements?

In general, we give two more screws for each type, but this time the 4 long screws is missing for BOM....so , is only left 2 extra and miss 2 M3*12mm
Assuming this was a reply to my original post, then the ones I'm missing are 2 x M3 16mm -- at least, I'm pretty sure they're 16mm... it's the longer of the M3 screws.

Given the comments here and on Kickstarter, I'd say that missing hardware--particularly those longer hex-head screws--are a common problem.

Missing parts from kit
I just finished building my kit and came up short two screws. The two missing screws are the ones used to mount the circuit board to the bottom plate. I'm assuming they're supposed to be the long ones (i.e. the ones used for mounting the lower assembly of the "tubes" to the top of the upper plate) since the short ones don't seem to have enough clearance to hold the nut securely.
How do I go about requesting replacements?
