@jangles22 Can you tell us which way it is not moving - X (on the higher rail) or Y (on the two lower rails)?
If it is X, then a common problem is that the wheels on the white plates are slightly too close together, making the carriage hard to move and also denting the wheels so you can feel bumps when you do move it. To fix this, slightly file out the upper holes away from the lower ones. See http://www.igregious.com/2017/10/eleksmaker-a3x-build-notes.html.
Otherwise unbolt the stepper motors so there is no load, and see if it turns then. If not, swap the connections between the non-working stepper and a working one. This will tell you if it's a bad stepper. Then swap the other end of the cable, which will tell you if it's the cable. Then swap the driver board, which will tell you if that's the problem.
