Is there any alternate workflow you follow for cutting using SVG files?
I was using the Elekscam software for cutting, but I've found out that there are some cirumstances when the SVG is not processed correctly.
I tried to generate gcode to send it on a separate program (Universal G-Code Sender) but I need to correctly set the laser on/off properties, the power and speed - which this is done greatly on Elekscam.
In any case, is there a tool that could generate gcode with the correct parameters to be used on a Mana controler board?
I have read a variety of posts, that recomend programs like t2laser, benbox or laser grbl, but all of them either do not support cutting (or the use of SVG files) or the functionality is not developed.
I know that t2laser can use dxf files, but I am aware that the trial version is limited by time and lines of gcode, which in my case, I am generating cut jobs that require about 35 mins (and the fact that I'm trying to get my investment back while selling stuff ) to pay for the required license.
I'm not afraid to hack arduinos, use linux or whatever weird software, I'm all about that, so any ideas are very appreciated.
