@Zax EDIT: added new video clip showing issue
Yes full power. I'm cutting 150 gsm paper with 255 power and 650 step. Brand new laser, just set it up yesterday.
I've repeated the test several times and the gaps are a bit different size each time, but tend to be where the laser begins cutting the shape. I created the shape as a sketch in T2 laser, so shouldn't be an issue with the file. When I simulate the cut in the program there are no gaps.
I recorded a video of it cutting the shape. For some shapes the laser seems to fire, but doesn't actually cut. After a moment it begins cutting, but by then it has left a gap of uncut paper.
You can see the effect when cutting the large 'N' and 'E'. There are large missing segments that the laser appears to trace over, but doesn't cut. Also the dot on the last little 'i' is completely missing, yet the laser clearly is on and traces over the area.
New video clip showing issue. File is several rows of dashed lines, each line should be the same length. Laser turns on, but only begins cutting after some random amount of time.
