Rst ROM not working

Hi, I have just bought eleksmaker draw for a short time. There was a problem. I am using Eleksmaker Evolution Desktops CAM V3.1. I tried to press Rst Rom but it said Flash ROM Faild so I asked for help. I am Thai, I type English, not very good, hope you understand

@O-PING It sounds like the boot loader is corrupt. If you know how to reload it then it's easy to fix, if not you will probably need to replace the Nano with one of better quality.
Do you get a Grbl Ready response when connecting to the laser? If so it should be possible to resolve it without reloading the boot loader.
