I want to save my drawings directly in "Auto Trace" Mode like on the T2laser app
What is the software to do this:
photoshop, illustrator, inkscape or others ...
And above all what will be the procedure?
@tmpx illustrator, Inkscape, coreldraw and any application capable of vectors management.
Thank you marco_b
What is the procedure for making 'Auto Trace' lines with illustrator or Inkscape ...
@tmpx In Inkscape there is a trace bitmap command, that is actually more powerful than my auto-trace with more options to get the best result (but not as simple). Then save as DXF and you can load to T2Laser (make sure LWPolyline is disabled).
Thank you my friend Zax. ;o)
@tmpx not so clear to me... If you need to import an image (bitmap) and then try to transpose it to vectors, this is correct. But if you need to design "vectors" from scratch, auto trace is useless
@marco_b You can edit the vector after tracing or draw vector from scratch with Inkscape.
I have a problem with the DXF import ... With or without LWPolyline
The imported drawing has lines offset compared to the original Inkscape drawing !?
I cannot resolve this problem.
In advance, thank you for your help.
Give me your email address, I'll send you the original Inkscape file !?
Sorry @Zax for the trouble.
I found on your site> https://t2laser.wordpress.com/support/
Or I saw my error, I recorded with UTF 8 encoding, but it was necessary with Latin 1 encoding
Now but line are well placed ;o)
@Zax yes, I know. I didn't understand the final scope of tmpx, tracing an image or drawing
