I received one of the new IPS (6) digit clocks. The center two digits show the full initialization on startup but are blank when the clock is operating. I have tried switching the IPS displays to different sockets with the same results. What can I do to resolve this issue?

Also, is there any kind of documentation? I have searched the site without success. The small card that came in the box indicated that it was available on the main site.
