I switched the nano with another one, updated the firmware as the holy @Zax - first of his name and ruler of the T2Lasers - told me to. Works nice.

Yeah, I meant the stepper motors (connected on Y1, Y2, X ). You were right, I hadn't disconnected all the cables prior. Sorry for that mistake.
I removed all cables from the controller (except USB and power supply) and measured between pins - (ground) and S:
At software setting "laser off" -> 3 mV.
At sfotware setting "laser on" -> 17 mV.
So the PWM signal is always off (<1.5 V).
Was it correct to connect the S and - pins from the Laser connector with a 1k resistor?
Can I change the wiring with the board (EleksMaker SE v3.2) and make use of the +TTL/A- on the lasers top? Or do I need another piece of controller for that?
Did you try running the application as admin?
Turning on the laser via software, the wheel still works.
In fact nothing changes until I turn the wheel.
Wheel "off" -> Software "On" -> Laser "off"
Wheel "on" -> Software "Off" -> Laser "on"
Wheel "on" -> Software "any change" -> Laser "no change"
Laser Pulse 100ms
Laser ON (1000)
No change at the laser beam.
I guessed from reading others posts that the TTL-pin should be at 0V or 12V constantly and should change wether I select "Weak" or "On" or "Off". But the voltage is always just 0V.
Maybe a link is falsy?
Turning the laser by wheel on 100% and installing the pull-down resistor (between the boards laser S and -) has no effect either.
I have no hardware indicators of what laser was deliverd, it came in a set with the whole frame and servos.
The picture above shows what connectors are available. (+/-/TTL and +TTL-)
The cables from the laser-board to the laser-unit beneath are LD+ and LD-, Fan+ and Fan-.
Measuring with the multimeter the voltage on LD is controlled by the turning wheel. Fan is always at ~12V when powered.
There are no buttons, switches or product labels on it.
In T2Laser -> Machine -> Firmware Upload (Arduino Controller) (1.1e DEFAULT)
On connect (in window T2Laser Controller) it returns to me:
Connected COM11 115200
Grbl 1.1e ['$' for help]
Still the Buttons for [Laser on], [Laser pulse] and [Laser off] do not change anything. (Sending commands lke M03 S0 and M05, but no effect on laser)
The laser just reacts to the truning wheel on its top but not to the TTL/A signal, if it is sent properly.
