Thank you, Zax. I ordered it from Taobao shipped to my friend in Hong Kong, she will FW to me. 30 wheels for USD10... instead of 5 wheels for $10 from the US. At this price. Hope the replacement last me a year.

RE: Replacement Wheels for an A3 Engraver
I ended up getting the Polycarbonate clear wheels and noticed it doesn't work. First it's the width of the wheel, the 6mm flat outer area has almost the same width of the tracks. As result, it doesn't grip the track nor make contact with the belt. Second The outer dia is much taller than the original wheel, therefore the two clear plexiglass plate that held the motor/laser would not fit new wheels.
Looks like I have to purchase the original crappy white wheels. The last pic shown the size I need. Cheapest ones I found from US sellers are 5pc for $10, most of my wheels are cracked, therefore it's a $30 annual repair unless if I store the engraver in a room with less extreme day-night Arizona temperature. If you have any idea, please let me know, I'm almost thinking about selling this unit as-is and get something with better wheels. Thank you!

RE: Replacement Wheels for an A3 Engraver
@Zax Thx for the info Zax. I assume it is a common replacement so I wont need to measure them with a caliper? Let me know if you have a link (thx in adv), if not I will borrow a caliper from friends. I may get a new belt too, dont think it would last long...

Replacement Wheels for an A3 Engraver
The wheels broken after just one Arizona summer-winter transition in my garage lol. It happened to half the white wheels on the engraver, this is a 5 years old A3 unit btw. Any suggestion of what type of replacement wheels I should get, perhaps being more more weather-resistant? Thank you!

RE: Laser beam stayed on infinitely - Help!
@Zax fair enough, thank you for your help getting my unit working again. I looked up T2 and learned more about it. Might get a lic down the road. I will play around with what I have more at this stage. Thx!

RE: Laser beam stayed on infinitely - Help!
@Zax Hi Zax, the new board arrived quickly. I installed it today and worked like a charm. Thank you so much!
So I have been test burning all day. A few newbie questions in EleksCam if you don't mind:
- It takes WeakPower 20 to have the lowest power laser turns on but even at level 20, it slowly burn marks on wood/cardboard. Is this normal?
- At "On/Off" Power level, I could hardly see a difference between 200-1000 (max), normal?
- Besides power level, I also don't see much difference in speed settings. 100-500-1000-5000-10000, all feel the same. Am I crazy? lol
- Some says I can pause the job and changed the power setting, continuous job but it doesn't seems to work. So I guess I must Stop the job and restart in order to use new power setting?
- I load up a gray-scale image, selected Scan mode trying to create a burn that has "gradient" but as far as I can tell, the laser is shooting out constant power thru out. So I guess you cannot do gradient in EleksCam but to purchase T2?
Thank you again!

RE: Laser beam stayed on infinitely - Help!
That sounds great. Just compared the two, you are right on extra features/expansion. Thx and yes Im in the US. Phoenix AZ. I will order tonight. Assume it shares the same installation process like the A3 Pro...

RE: Laser beam stayed on infinitely - Help!
Oops sorry I misread. I will purchase the one you suggested. I mention the other one because it seems to be the same dimension with the original one that came with the set, so I can reuse the mounting plate. By the way, what be the advantage on the one you brought up? Just curious. Big thanks again!

RE: Laser beam stayed on infinitely - Help!
Thx for responding, Zax!
If that's the case, I prefer to get a replacement board. I'm burnt out troubleshooting. I was looking at this new board from banggood (also where the engraver was purchased). However I have doubt because my laser uses only 2-wire, this new board has GND. Unless if I purchase both new board and new laser
