@thomas75 If you can move the motors then you know there's power, if you turn the laser on using the manual controls with power set at 255 (or 1000 depending on firmware parameters) and there's no output then the laser may have failed. There's usually a small laser test module provided, you can use that to confirm.
@thomas75 Updating T2Laser is only my software, the firmware or parameters on your controller are never changed without your action (clicking the menu) as doing so can brick the Nano. You have the latest of both loaded so nothing needs to be changed, unless you've used other software which has changed my default parameters and then you can click to Send Default Parameters or Display Grbl Parameters to check them.
